In this workshop you will experience practical exercises from Hypnotherapy and Jin Shin Jyutsu in order to regain power in your life. Learn simple self-help relaxation, and visualisation techniques to calm and refresh your mind and body. Learn simple Jin Shin Jyutsu exercises to harmonize and balance your body

To reserve your place at the workshop a deposit of $40 is required. The remaining amount of $105 is due on the day of the first session in cash or by cheque.
