Guiding principles
I work with people who wish to make a difference in their lives.
I utilize the magic of the mind to bring about change and the rules of your mind to maximise your fullest potential. I work with regression when past traumas prevent you moving forward in your life. I teach self hypnosis to minimize the stress in your life and maximize the pleasure in your life.
I work with the meridians and energy centres in your body to bring balance and vitality into your life.
I teach mums and dads a safe and gentle way of birthing. And work with the order of creation during pregnancy, helping mums and babies through the gentle art of Jin Shin Jyutsu. I understand and personally utilize the most up to date information available in terms of mind and body techniques to maximise individual potential. My training, although initially in New Zealand has taken me to both Australia and the United States of America.
Beliefs
My beliefs are based on the fundamental principle that living an effective life relates not so much to what we know, but how we process what we know, how we adapt to change and our resilience when facing the challenges of daily living.
Our mind and body respond to the stress and every day pressures in our life. How we manage this is one of the most vital tools we have to ensure a well-balanced and happy life. Well managed stress evokes a positive spin-off in all areas, including the work environment, how we relate to colleagues, clients and other people in our life.
